The villa offers all comforts which extends to a SAUNA, a Jacuzzi, a GYM, an outdoor SWIMMING POOL with heated and salted water allowing being used in the winter; to completes the list there is also a BEACH VOLLEY court (with real sand).

Villa Passione is a luxurious and modern villa, located in Lerici with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Poets. Build in 2021, it has a swimming pool with salt water, heated and to ensure maximum comfort even in the coldest periods. You will also find a spectacular outdoor Jacuzzi. A BBQ completes the list of outside services. In the outside garden you will find decades old olive trees while the whole property is fenced to ensure privacy and security.
